Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
All appointments purchased (health breakthrough calls & health appointments)
packages (health & cellular energetic test packages) and programs (Inner Radiance) are final and non-refundable.

For any scheduled appointment (initial or subsequent appointments), 
if you do not contact me to cancel and/or to reschedule before your scheduled appointment,
you will lose that appointment.

If you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without contacting me before the start time of your appointment, 
you will lose that appointment.

If you "no show" more than once, you lose the rest of your appointments in any of the monthly health appointment packages.
